“If the ESCS was negotiated today… a new European Energy Community”

• The main objectives of the Simulation are:

1. Familiarize students involved with EU decision making procedures;
2. Contribute to the general discussion about the future of the European energy policy supporting the need of the definition and adoption into the new treaties of the EU energy policy;

The six National Delegations and other third countries will negotiate a new European Energy Treaty for an Energy Community. This final part will be supported by a previous preparatory work made by the students in their own Universities, and trough a web forum.
